Looking for a unique pumpkin dessert recipe that’s super easy and fast to make and assemble? This sweet Pumpkin Cheeseball is a real crowd pleaser and one of my go-to recipes this time of year. Not only is it delish, it’s also very attractive. And did I mention it only takes about 10 minutes to make?

Shhh…I’ll let you in on a secret. Even though my last name is Baker, cooking and baking are really not my best skills. So I was pretty excited when I found out that all it takes to make these pumpkin desserts is three ingredients: cream cheese, butter, and a package of Wind & Willow Pumpkin Pie Cheeseball and Dessert Mix. Mix everything up, refrigerate overnight, and you’re done. No “cooking” required!

A great seasonal pumpkin dessert

Are the girls coming over for a get-together? Do you need to bring something to the office potluck? Want to serve something different at the family holiday party? Think “Pumpkin Cheeseball.” Whether you’re using it as a pumpkin dessert or a pumpkin appetizer, everyone is going to want your recipe.

I like to keep a couple of boxes of Wind & Willow Pumpkin Pie Cheeseball and Dessert Mix on hand. It can be a real life-saver when I’m pinched for time to make something. Plus, of course, it’s very easy to transport if the get-together is not at my house. No need to worry that my dish will fall apart if I have to hit the brakes on the way over!

Here’s the pumpkin dessert recipe:

Quick Pumpkin Cheeseball

-8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature (I use regular, but you can use non-fat to cut some calories)
-4 tablespoons butter, room temperature
-1 package Wind & Willow Pumpkin Pie Cheeseball and Dessert Mix

Set the Graham Topping from the Cheeseball Mix aside. Place the rest of the Cheeseball Mix in a mixing bowl with the cream cheese and butter. Mix well – I like to use an electric mixer to blend the ingredients and make sure everything is thoroughly mixed.

Cut a sheet of plastic wrap that’s about 12 inches long. Sprinkle the Graham Topping on the plastic wrap and then dollop the cream cheese mixture on top. Fold and bring up the plastic wrap and allow the mixture to be shaped like a ball. Seal the ends of the plastic wrap and refrigerate the cheeseball overnight. This allows the spices to blend into the cream cheese and butter, and ensures you will have a nice round, firm cheeseball.

When serving, make sure to place it on a serving dish with the graham mix on top. Serve this unique pumpkin dessert with fruit (such as apples) or cinnamon honey pretzels, vanilla wafers or ginger snaps.
